NOA's 12 month warranty is a premium care solution that cover all devices in the Element series range. It covers for example electrical damage, natural disaster damage (fire and water), physical damage, damage through user neglect (falls on hard surfaces, various liquid spillage etc.) and theft by burglary. Premium Care Element warranty

1cover all damages made by:

  • Short circuiting and grounding
  • Uncontrolled electric discharging, static charging and electromagnetic interference
  • damages caused by fire, thunder, explosion, impact or fall of aircraft, its parts or cargo, as well as by slow combustion, tanning, burning, glittering or implosion and by extinguishing the fire
  • Theft by burglary
  • Mechanical damages that haven't occurred through user negligence
  • Through user neglect (falls on hard surfaces, various liquid spillage etc.)
  • Implosion and other damages caused by negative pressure
  • damages caused by force majeure (flooding, rock slides, storms, blizzards, avalanches and other natural disasters)

Notice

  • Delivery and transport costs are not covered by this guarantee.
  • Damages need to be reported within 10 days of occurence in order for the guarantee to be valid.
  • 2The device repair period is considered to be the work hours of the repairman, ie. the period starts from the delivery of the device to the repair station, and the approval of the repairs according to PCWE terms, to the notification of completed repairs sent to the end user. Consultations and customer reply waiting times do not add up to total repair times.





The guarantee user confirms that he or she has read the General terms of NOA PREMIUM CARE guarantee and that he or she has agreed to them. The guarantee user confirms that the information provided is accurate and true. False, misleading or incomplete data may lead to the refusal of the NOA PREMIUM CARE guarantee rights claim or a demand for the reimbursement of funds. The guarantee user agrees that his or her data can be forwarded to contracted partners and cooperators, but only for the purpose of the case evaluation. The guarantee user consents with any and all research that is related to the reimbursement case, including all judicial and legal documentation.
