What is exactly NOA Premium care?

NOA 12 month premium care guarantee is a solution that encompasses all devices in the NOA Element smartphone series. This guarantee covers excessive voltage damages, force majeure events (floods, fires,) physical damages and damages caused by user neglect (falls onto hard surfaces etc.), with the addition of a retention fee, as defined by the general terms and conditions. 2What is NOA Premium repair service?

The of device repair period includes repairman work hours, and starts from the device delivery to the repair service and repair authorization within PCWE parameters, and ends with the notification sent to the end user regarding the end of the repairs. Any additional consultation and other waiting periods (e.g. waiting for customer feedback) are not included in the repair time periods.

With the purchase of the NOA ELEMENT series, you are entitled to the benefits of the NOA PREMIUM CARE service.

You do not need to register and activate the device in order to be covered by this service

REPORT THE DAMAGES VIA A WEB FORM

Damages that have occurred should be reported within 10 days via a simple web form at DAMGAE CLAIM.

Next, to details surmising the circumstances regarding the events surrounding the event where the damages occurred, a copy of the receipt must be submitted as well.

SEND THE DEVICE TO AN AUTHORIZED REPAIR SERVICE

According to the instructions received, send the device to the nearest authorized repair service.

After the device has been diagnosed, you will be informed in regards to the NOA PREMIUM CARE service and the participation fee amount.

NOA PREMIUM CARE – general terms excerpt

Damages covered
  • Short-circuiting, overcharging and direct effecting of electrical energy
  • weak currents, electrical charges, electromagnetic disturbances
  • Implosion and other negative pressure events
  • Fires, lightning strikes, explosions, plane crashes and plane cargo and parts impacts, as well as slow burns, smoldering, embers and fire extinguishing.
  • Falls and impacts caused by drops
  • Mechanical damages
  • Water and moisture damages, excluding precipitation

NOTIFICATION

Delivery and transport costs are not covered by this guarantee.

The user is obliged to report any and all damages within 10 days of the occurrence.
